Ribbed Brim:

Cast on 90 stitches.
Knit 2, purl 2 around for 10 rows.

Body:

Knit in the round without ribbing for 30 rounds.

Place a marker at the beginning of each section.
Knit across the first section, then place the stitches on hold on a cable needle.
